A warehouse worker was walking through a set of double doors in the warehouse.

The doors were held open by a block of wood in front of the door stopping it from moving.

As the claimant went to walk through the door the wood moved slightly and caused the door to slam shut.

The door hit the claimant in the face causing a fractured cheekbone.
