Still, as long as people don’t talk too much, you should feel comfortable wearing these during flights and commutes.

The two sound chambers do not interfere with each other and can be tuned individually through the DualPro Channel - for reduced distortion, richer trebles, brighter midrange, and powerful bass. There is a good contrast to the tactile feel of each button, which helps you remember which is which. They can surely be fun if you listen to bass-heavy electronica or other similarly bass-intensive genres. The need to pay more for a pair of headphones in my opinion is only there if you are using them in a professional capacity. Because it swivels, the headphones also rest nicely on my neck without the earcups getting in the way of my face.

The EP-N12’s have worse, more condensed sound than the A30, and the ANC isn’t as good when dealing with lower frequencies. Crank up the volume on an album like Robyn’s “Bodytalk Part 1” and the A10s are in their element, the pumping bass coming across hard and clear. They do have a nice design and a very long battery life, but they also don’t fare too well in terms of sound quality.

Instrument separation is decent, but it shows all its limits as soon as the track exhibits some bass. Everything feels a little tighter, and the volume seems a little quieter, so you may have to crank it up a little louder. Hour Battery that Keeps Stayin' Alive – Premium Li-ion battery powers 45 hours of listening, movie watching, or talk time in Bluetooth mode (at 80% volume); 35 hours in Bluetooth Active Noise Cancellation mode; or 50 hours in only noise-canceling mode.

Note that another upside of listening wired is that you aren't using any of the battery life, but at the same time you can't access the ANC modes. The OneOdio Monitor 60 are intended to be used in a studio environment or hooked up to an amp or vinyl player at home. I haven’t been able to completely discharge them, though after more than 30 hours of use they are still working, so that’s quite a good result! Soundstage extends mostly laterally with virtually no depth and has limited width in any case, though it’s better than expected considering these are closed-back headphones. With the detail up top and quality bass on display, I can see bass lovers enjoying the Pro 50’s sound.

The metal headband is adjustable and flexible, so will suit any size noggin, and those memory foam earpads are pleasingly soft. Thanks to Sony Hi-Res Audio verification, the Studio Pro 50 headphones meet the industry’s highest standards for reference audio and accurate sound reproduction.Much like other Bluetooth headphones or TWS earbuds, setting up the OneOdio A30 is pretty straightforward.

Just turn the headphones on, pair them up in the Bluetooth settings page on your phone, and you’re ready to start listening to music. There’s no creaking whatsoever while wearing the headphones, but there is some if you bend the headband sideways with some force. One last positive thing I would like to mention is that OneOdio has, for the second time, accepted my opinion even though it is not entirely positive. They got rid of that gaudy fake metal finish and instead went with a much more elegant matte plastic finish, save for a circle on the earcups that has glossy concentric circles on it.Specifications: Model Name: MONITOR60Frequency Range: 20Hz-40KHzSpeaker:50mm neodymium driverImpedance:38Ω Sensitivity:110+3dB What's. Thanks to many ports, you can also share the output by plugging in more than one cable at a time, which is ideal for letting someone listen in on your work or simply sharing a tune. There is no squeaking, and unlike some of their competitors, they don't sound like they're going to snap in two when they lock in place. It’s rather limited in speed, with transients being slow and then having a long decay; this makes bass not quite detailed nor layered. The 2300 chipset allows for support of AAC and SBC - there's no LDAC support sadly, but it's possible to meet the Hi-Res Standard (as we mentioned previously) by using the headphones in wired mode.
