Between 2014 and 2020, he has been the eponymous judge in the reality courtroom series Judge Rinder, where he has been referred to as a British Judge Judy. I think the selection we have from all different parts of the world makes for a very colourful season and I’m excited for people to see it. Between July and August 2021, Rinder presented a six part series on Classic FM, titled Robert Rinder’s Classical Passions. Meanwhile his mother is popping round to his flat to put food in the freezer and trying to match him up with lots of unsuitable women. His courtroom includes a gavel and flag of the United Kingdom, neither of which is used in British courts but are on display in American courts and televised court programmes, and his show has been criticised as " The Jeremy Kyle Show set in a small-claims court".

star book - the first 60% is a fun; stupid Wooster-ish parody of what the English legal system is like. I did chuckle to myself at the term ‘little shits’ and wondered if Rob Rinder secretly thinks this of some of the people who have appeared before him.

I really do hope that a follow up book is in the offing as this was such a great read and I would love to hear more about Adam Green, many thanks to Rob Rinder for a brilliant 5 star read. The Trial was Rob's number one bestselling debut novel and The Suspect is the much anticipated follow-up. But I personally didn't find the characters weakness endearing, in all honesty it really annoyed me and I felt that in profession the main character really needed to grow a back bone.

She had a certificate signed by Dwight D Eisenhower, commemorating her work, framed on her wall, but she, too, never talked about what happened or what she had done. Such as an Atoll that was destroyed by an El Nino, or speaking to a Berber community in part of the Atlas mountains who, before the hotel opened, were on the edge of economic catastrophe. As they work, Rob and Monica get to know the people who staff these hotels and uncover the inspirational, poignant and heart-warming stories of the communities around them.
