About this deal

Bought these light during the summer every night great then, not so good in the winter months , most of the time just coming on very dimly or not at all. Bought four solar Paverlights, extremely impressed so far. Easy to install, took minutes, with long runtime and good lighting. Would recommend these to anyone. Overall, brilliant product, easy to install and works well. I would definately recommend this to a friend or neighbour, but at the moment I like being the only one on my road with these lights.. Thanks SolarCentre for great service!! However, there are some solar-powered indoor lights available, such as solar-powered desk lamps or reading lights. These lights typically have a separate solar panel that can be placed in a sunny location, allowing them to charge their batteries and operate indoors. These lights may be a good option for those looking to reduce their energy consumption and carbon footprint, or for use in areas without access to electrical outlets. Bought to put around the fish pond and show up paving (to avoid stepping on frogs). They sit well on the ground and easy to put out in the sun during the day. Charged up right away; great value, strong light and attractive

The product was excellent and once the patios are finished we will be looking again at the solarcentre range I was a little worried about whether they would get enough sunlight fitted like this, but they have worked perfectly from day one. Now have four of these on edge of drive about 6ft apart. They cast a 4ft light up a wall and the white light is bright and gives a contemporary look. Just bought more. I have had same model for 12 months now and walk over them regularly and hose them down when washing car to keep them clean. Assemble the light: Assemble the solar light according to the manufacturer’s instructions, which may involve attaching the solar panel, battery, and light fixture together. We have 16 paver lights, bought over a period of about 7 years, having bought 5 in 2013 and gradually adding more as we added steps in front of new doors. They give extra protection from potential intruders and add a pleasing soft light. They are great. We love them.

bought these to distinguish parking space in communal car park. Only been down a few days but have to say they were easy to put in and seem to supply a good level of light. Test will be how long they last but... so far... so good. We have had many compliments from friends as they walk along the illuminated garden footpath. It gives the garden a magical quality and the lights stay bright for hours. Solar lights come in a variety of styles and designs, making them a versatile lighting option for any outdoor space. They can be used for a range of applications, such as lighting up pathways, driveways, or doorways. Not bad just installed, probably wrong time of year, but they stay on at the moment until midnight. Choose the location: Select the location where you want to install the solar light, making sure that it will receive direct sunlight for most of the day. Avoid installing solar lights in areas that are shaded or obstructed by trees or buildings.

Solar lights are designed for outdoor use and are not recommended for indoor use. This is because solar lights require direct sunlight to charge their batteries and operate properly. If they are used indoors, they may not receive enough sunlight to fully charge the battery, resulting in dim or inconsistent lighting. Solar lights work by converting sunlight into electrical energy that is stored in rechargeable batteries and used to power the light at night. The solar panel on the top of the light absorbs sunlight during the day, which is then converted into direct current (DC) electricity by a photovoltaic (PV) cell inside the panel. Bought them two years ago and one has now failed which is why I have bought replacements. Not sure if this is a good or poor timeframe. Up and down wall lights are a contemporary choice for exterior door lighting, with a sleek fitting that emits light from the top to the bottom of the light to illuminate your wall. Supplied complete with their fixings and fitting instructions for easy installation, our water-resistant lights are simple to install. We have just bought two more for the garden and when they arrived I was delighted to see the much improved design with screws under the rim instead of on top, that should make them really watertight.

In general, solar lights are designed to provide ambient lighting or decorative lighting, rather than bright, focused illumination. This is because the amount of energy that can be stored in the battery is limited, and the solar panel may not be able to absorb enough sunlight to fully recharge the battery every day. As a result, solar lights typically provided a softer, less intense light than traditional lights – although this is no longer the norm. I bought over 20 and 2 would not work. however Solar Centre replaced them without question. Can't fault them. Solar lights use renewable solar energy to power the light, eliminating the need for electricity or fossil fuels. This makes them a highly energy-efficient and environmentally friendly lighting option.
