Learn how to breathe deeply: in through the nose, out through the mouth, making the exhale longer than the inhale. We find ourselves frustrated and stressed out, wondering how life has gotten so hard to deal with. We ask ourselves when it will be possible to find time to do anything and when we will start to feel happy again. This could lead us down a path of self-destruction. Stop trying to seek the approval of others and stay true to your own values. You can’t make everyone happy in life, especially when it causes you to sacrifice your own needs. Learn to receive compliments graciously, don't try to devalue or downplay what people have said. Say "Thank you."
