For now, it appears the headset has network performance issues with routers running in Wi-Fi 5 (AC) mode. The issue disappears when switching the router to Wi-Fi 6 (AX) or Wi-Fi 6e (AXE) mode. Very durable and I like how the zipper is oriented so you can hold your quest in there, close it up and leave it a bit open so a charging cable goes right to the charging port.
