Grant's photographs capture Reeves's shadow at times as a silhouette and at others as traces of light as he and the camera move together.

The project consists of vernacular photographs, new captures and ephemera to tell a story and investigate a childhood mystery. Grant is the co-founder of X Artists' Books and the founder of the grantLOVE project in support of other artists. The centerpiece of BOB DYLAN: MIXING UP THE MEDICINE is a carefully curated selection of over 600 images including never-before-circulated draft lyrics, writings, photographs, drawings and other ephemera from the Dylan archive. S. Air Force and sent agents into East Germany and elsewhere behind the Iron Curtain in the early 1960s.It would seem that Alexandra Grant has found her muse in Keanu Reeves, at least for her photographic work. The paper quality is superb, giving the photographs a beautiful surface on which to shine, literally. This richly illustrated volume is the first critical look at the early career of Arthur Tress, a key proponent of magical realism and staged photography. She studied a variety of studio arts, including drawing, painting, and printmaking in addition to her training in traditional film and darkroom photography. This iconic book of photographs brings together the images from this movement, experiencing the light and dark of care and parenthood, the beauty of close-up details, love and hardship, and most importantly, the personal poetic truths of these mamas and artists.

Bringing together works from his groundbreaking monographs including Surfers, Yes Rasta, Trenchtown Love and Gypsies, Patrick Cariou: Works 1985–2005 (published by Damiani) takes us on a scenic journey around the world, offering an intimate and captivating look at cultures that distance themselves from the blessings and curses of modernity. This abundantly illustrated volume imparts a fuller understanding of Tress’s career and the New York photographic scene of the 1960s and 1970s.

Printed Matter’s online catalog is one of the largest and most comprehensive databases of artists’ books and related publications. I wasn't sure about getting it at first, but I managed to track down some images on the internet, and they convinced me to get it. At home later that evening, I started decoupaging a binder I had bought to become a journal to help myself work through some pretty rough issues.
