A delicately aromatic green tea fragrance leads into notes of lemongrass, liquorice-like star anise and a soft honey finish. The British Honey Company was launched in 2014 in the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire in the village of Yarnton. This gin helped Steinhart be accepted into the London Gin Guild; a rare honour for a North American distiller. This Distiller's Cut uses the classic gin botanicals plus a handful of others to create a wonderfully palate cleansing and fragrant gin. Expertly crafted: Our award-winning distillery diligently crafts small, seasonal batches of the highest quality gin together with Ada, our one-of-a-kind artisan copper pot still.

The botanicals, which include juniper berries, citrus peels and coriander seeds, are first macerated with neutral grain alcohol to extract their individual flavors and characteristics.

With a small still to distil the botanicals into the spirit, distillers can create very different styles of gin. It has an abundance of juniper and a selection of other traditional botanicals, such as angelica, cardamom and liquorice. Our expertly distilled Classic London Dry Gin infused with deliciously ripe raspberries and 100% pure British honey for a slightly tart but sweet taste.

Palate – Rich and silky smooth on the palate with orange peel, fresh blossom and notes of apple complementing the juniper backbone. With a love for Gin and Honey, our beekeeper produced the delicious Keepr’s Dry London Gin infused with our Cotswold Honey in small batches from 300-500.It is produced in batches of 300 - 500 bottles and each batch is traceable to the hive from which the honey came from.
