Flavour is alright (I've only tried chocolate so far), having never tried anything like this before it did take a little getting used to, I found using half soy milk, half water, a pinch of salt (helps nutrilise the artificial sweetener taste) and a spoon of instant coffee made it a lot more palatable with minimal calories added.
