Until the end of the battle, each time a Combat Attrition test is taken for an enemy unit, subtract 1 from that Combat Attrition test. These models can make Heroic Interventions in Charge Phase and are not easy targets in the Shooting Phase (see Look out, Sir, rule). More CP is a nice change but the CP discrepancy between elite armies and horde armies or power houses like aeldari and nids is least to say ridiculous. Wardens are a unit that I think would really benefit from being close by to Captain-General Valoris; but that combo would just be way too many points.
