The first book stemmed from the close relationship between the author and the daughters of the dean of Christ Church College, particularly Alice Liddell. A picture of the card of the new character - Alice - was presented on the Fairy Patrol's Instagram account (it is not known for sure whether this account is official).
Characters from the book are depicted on the stained glass windows of Carroll's hometown church, All Saints', in Daresbury, Cheshire. Further, mousa (meaning muse) was a standard model noun in Greek books of the time in paradigms of the first declension, short-alpha noun. Inspired by the enchanting Alice in Wonderland, this cup is dressed in Alice's iconic blue and white tea dress with 'Drink Me' written in the middle.Alice leaves our world either by following the White Rabbit down a rabbit-hole, or by stepping through a looking-glass.
