Contradiction is crisp, fresh, a touch spicy, and bright - The color of the juice perfectly sums up the smell of this fragrance. It is a wonderful facet of this old favourite that gives it balance and makes it a true 'contradiction'.

it's as if the eucalyptus note in the Contradiction sorta swallows up the tea-tree smell and makes it part of the whole, in a very pleasing way, so that I end up smelling of Contradiction and not of tea-tree oil. As it dries down the sandalwood, musk and tonka soften that initial cold blast, but in a very pleasant way. To me it comes close to Jil Sander's Feeling Man which was good news since the latter is despite having been out of production for years one of the most sought after (and by now almost worth its weight in gold) cologne. CK is infamous for low performance fragrances and this one also doesn't last a long time, but I'm okay with this being a skin scent after an hour or two.

It would suit both sexes equally, however, it`s not a sexy number but more of a `daytime-office wear-holiday` piece imo. It's not a unique fragrance but it's the most projecting of all CK I tried, as my experience with CK tells me the frags are very weak. Fresh, light, clean and citrusy, leaning heavily on the (synthetic) lime with some lavender and a little wood hanging out in the background. I find CK Contr extremely sexy and attractive, it's quite strong and powerful smell for young women though.I've never smelled eucaleptus in a perfume and I must say that this perfume is not what I imagined it to be. To me itis soothing, warm, home coming, special, contradictional (sweet but savory), bright, intelligent, honest, it is me :) I can't stop smelling myself.
