They flatter a bit in the oven but we’re still very done like – I followed the recipe and your Youtube video on NYC cookies and our dough looked the exact same, and I was careful to just form a ball and not squeeze the dough together tightly…. I’ve made this with and without cornflour and I prefer the texture of them with cornflour but find a strange taste when they have corn flour in them.
