The fragrance opens up with notes of mandarin, raspberry and pear, followed by a heart of red lily, jasmine and freesia before drying down on a base of cashmaran, ceder, musk and sandalwood.

Owning and going through two bottles of that perfume myself, Private Show doesn't smell as luxurious and natural as Prerogative. Almost like they blended a few drops of Fantasy in there to make it a little bit more girly and sweet. Milky sweet coffee and "other smells i cant quite define", rounded and warm sweet, not terribly boozy, the accords look lovely but the notes arent what i read here. It is definitely less young teenage girl so I can understand the appeal for her gay male audience, but I wouldn't have marketed this as unisex.

I will preface this by saying I own and love Britney’s other fragrances, Fantasy, Midnight Fantasy, and Curious. I adore having a bottle of this to overspray on winter days spent at the library and I find that it gets me through the work day while emitting a sweet and spicy scent cloud. Sweet, comforting, warm, Amber vanilla ever so slightly musky, but wrapped in sweet rich tangy pink goji berries.

It’s as if you took BS Fantasy and ironed out some of the “screechy” fruit notes (I love Fantasy, but this is smoother) then blended it with sugary coffee.

If the item comes direct from a manufacturer, it may be delivered in non-retail packaging, such as a plain or unprinted box or plastic bag. It's slightly spicy; from the description of the red lily and Freesia I'm guessing that gives it the spicy aroma.

It's starting to get hot where I live and I had this perfume on a few times and I noticed that the scent starts to smell like Palmer's Cocoa Butter lotion!i consider this a good night time winter fragrance for feminine presenting people or year round for masculine presenting people. The sharp fake cleaner scent of Radiance that "Raspberry" scent is what makes Rave different and reminds me of Radiance. It has that nice hint of coffee and vanilla closer up, and is really comfortable, as long as I'm not wearing too much. I didn't get any coffee from it at all, and if it was there it wasn't a coffee coffee, it was more a very sweet caramel one, which completely took away the point of the coffee note for me. Also the Prerogative line have a slight stale smell to them, as if theyre about to go bad or they have already (like Prerogative).
