Even if the injury victim is a Trade Union Member we still offer the same FREE LEGAL COSTS SERVICE.  You are not obliged to seek advice from a solicitor appointed by a Trade Union.  Through us you have nothing to worry about.

Claims Company Referral?

There are many claims companies advertising for work accident claims.  They are not Solicitors.  Often they just take details about your case and then SELL your case to Solicitors.   Our advice is to go to Solicitors direct.  No fees to pay to any middlemen.

If the accident case failed, why do I not pay you anything?

Accident at work claim solicitors are paid nothing if the claim failed.   The reason why work injury victims do not pay anything is because we obtain specialist insurance which will pay the opponent’s costs if the case is lost.  As work related accident solicitors, our agreement is that if the compensation claim failed, we do not charge anything.  We work for free under the no win no fee agreement.  In short, if the claim failed, the insurance pays your opponent’s costs and we are paid nothing to allow you to withdraw from the case without paying anything.

How much do I pay you if I win my work accident claim?

Nothing.  If the case is successfully won, that is the work accident victim accepted a compensation award  the employer’s insurance company will pay the legal costs.   The compensation for the injuries at work  will be paid in full without any deduction.

I always thought solicitors costs a lot of money…what’s the catch?

There is no catch.  Solicitors can work now for free on a No Win No Fee basis and even if the case is won, we do not charge anything.  You have absolutely nothing to lose or worry about.  The only thing the  or work accident solicitors ask is that you do not mislead us and you reply to us promptly to pursue the compensation claim.
