This eye-catching, mouth-watering cookbook beautifully evokes the joy of food and its power to unite. Lunch at 10 Pomegranate Street is not just a cookbook, however, and tells a charming, simple picture story perfect for bedtime with little ones . The deep, soft colours, the wonderful faces and rooms, are so detailed and interesting, it’s almost as if each picture is just waiting to be walked into .
She has illustrated many picture books, contributed her art to magazines and newspapers, and has also worked on papercut stop-motion animations. Bronnie is so lovely with the boys and we also felt that having a man enthusing about the books set a great example. A perfect Christmas present for young chefs, with its simple and easy-to-follow recipes and enticing watercolour illustrations.
