Accident at work compensation claim was made due to a worker falling off scaffolding during the course of his employment. A compensation claim by the accident solicitors who acted on behalf of an employee obtained £9,000 for a back injury.

The accident at work claim was made when a worker fell off a scaffolding from a height around 10 feet and landed on the floor. The injured worker fell of the scaffolding due to it being unstable. The claimant lost balance and fell to the ground.

The work related accident caused the injured worker a lot of pain and work collegues helped him from the floor and took him to hospital. He was hospitalised for a period of 5 days. The doctor explained to the injured worker that he had a moderate spinal injury.

The injured worker was out of work for a period of 5 months and returned to his pre-accidental level of work 12 moths after the accident at work took place.

Accident at work solicitors obtained compensation for £9,000 for the work related accident. The worker also received compensation for expenses and loss of earnings.

The accident at work solicitors acted on a NO WIN NO FEE agreement and recovered all legal costs off the insurance company. The worker received 100% compensation and 0% legal costs.

.
Accident at work claim was made when a worker had badly fallen off the scaffolding due to paint cans left in the walkway of the scaffold. He sustained disc lesions, depression & severe back pain.

The injured worker attended hospital. Paramedics took him in an ambulance and provided medical attention on the way. X-ray were taken and the injured worker remained in hospital for several days and surgery has to be undertaken on his spine.

The injured worker was hospitalised for a period of 2-3 weeks and had to stay at home for a further 2 months before he could return to work.

The injured worker could not continue with his main level of duties and was only put a part-time light duties when he returned to work. He could not play football or play with his children as he would like.

He required help and assistance from his wife and family around the home. As a result of his accident at work the injury caused the injured worker moderate depression, a barrier that delayed his recovery.

Accident at work compensation solicitors obtained compensation for £18,000 for the work related accident. The worker also received compensation for expenses and loss of earnings.

The accident at work solicitors acted on a NO WIN NO FEE agreement and recovered all legal costs off the insurance company.

Workplace accident claim injury example:

Accident at work claim, was made when a worker had fallen from a scaffold due to another a defective wooden plank. A compensation claim by the accident solicitors who acted on behalf of an employee obtained £15,000 injuries sustained with multiple fractures, limited movements in the right leg.

.

The accident at work claim was made when a worker had fallen through the scaffolding flooring when a defective plank gave way under his foot. His right leg went through the plank but he managed to save himself from falling down to the next floor. He was helped by other workers to his feet and taken to hospital.

He sustained multiple injuries due to the accident including a fractured tibia and fibula. His leg had inserted some metal work which was removed after some 2 – 3 months. Following a course of physiotherapy he returned to work on light duties after about 4 months from the accident returning to his pre-accident level of work within 9 – 10 months.

The injured worker continued to suffer from occasional aches and pains to the lower limb which would eventually ease over time. The medical expert instructed by the accident at work solicitors advised that a full and complete recovery from pain would be within 2 – 3 years.

Accident at work solicitors obtained compensation for £15,000 for the work related accident injury alone. The worker also received compensation for expenses and loss of earnings.

The accident at work solicitors acted on a NO WIN NO FEE agreement and recovered all legal costs off the insurance company. The worker received 100% compensation and 0% legal costs.

.

The accident at work claim was made when a worker had tripped and fell over some work equipment left on the walkway. The injured worker had tripped and fell over a drill left by a work colleague causing injury.

As a result of the fall he suffered from a broken forearm and sustained soft tissue injury to his wrist. He attended accident and emergency hospital and attended upon a consultant who had undertaken X-Rays which confirmed the injury.

He was advised by the consultant to rest at home and was given pain killers to reduce the pain. He stayed off work for 4 weeks until he was recovered. He was able to return to work and undertake most pre-accident work but was often helped by his work colleagues to complete the heavy side of this work.

Accident at work solicitors obtained compensation for £6,500 for the work related accident. The worker also received compensation for expenses and loss of earnings.

The accident at work solicitors acted on a NO WIN NO FEE agreement and recovered all legal costs off the insurance company. Accident at work compensation claim was made against an employer when a worker had a fallen off scaffolding which was caused by work equipment left in the workplace by another employee of the same employer.

The accident happened when the worker has approximately 25 foot off the ground. As he was to secure further scaffolding his foot came into contact with a heavy duty drill left on the floor, which caused him to trip, stumble and fall to the ground. As he did so, he twisted his ankle causing soft tissue injury and wrenched his back in the accident.

The accident at work left him with pain to his ankle and in his lower back. The worker was hospitalised for 1 day and was told by doctors to rest. When the worker returned to work after 3 weeks he was put on light duties for 4 weeks and returned to his pre-accident level of work within 8 weeks of the accident claim. The injured claimant fully recovered from his injuries within 12 months from the accident.

Following the accident at work, The Internal Health and Safety Department, made it clear to all employees of the company that the importance of ensuring that all work equipment is suitably stored away safely and to ensure all walkways are free from obstruction to reduce similar accident claims.

The accident at work solicitors obtained compensation for £5500 for the work related accident. The worker also received compensation for expenses and loss of earnings.

The accident at work solicitors acted on a NO WIN NO FEE agreement and recovered all legal costs off the insurance company.
