Back Injury

Accident at work

A worker was asked to lift heavy boxes of office supplies up to the office everyday. The boxes were over the recommended guideline for manual handling in terms of her height. The worker asked if there was anyone available to asist her in carrying the boxes but was told here was no one to help her.

After a long period of time she suffered a Back Injury which caused her to give up work permanently.
