A worker who was a self-employed  fitting windows in a building when he fell through a roof causing injury. The fall from height caused the employee to sustain a fractured skull, contusions and frontal lobe damage. The claimant also suffered from a fracture to his pelvis, a dislocated shoulder, injury to his breastbone and ribs and also aggravation of a pre-existing knee injury.
