Thankfully, Optimus Primal, himself something of a young firebrand, keeps a steady eye on the young Maximal and tries to guide him, and in turn Cheetor affectionately calls him "Big Bot". And a friendship with his fellow "big cat" Tigatron is also helping the spotted speedster learn a little patience.

Realizing what he had to do, Cheetor bid a fond goodbye to Bumblebee and sacrificed his own spark to purify the AllSpark and ensure the future of the Cybertronian race. As Cybertron began to heal itself, Cheetor's voice spoke out to Bumblebee one last time, assuring his friend that he would always be with him in spirit. Battle For Cybertron IVPart of the first assortment of Beast Machines Megas, Cheetor transforms into a super-lean technorganic cheetah. In keeping with the early Beast Machines design trend of "articulated features", turning the beast mode head causes its jaw to open and close. His left foreleg has a gear-spring horizontal "swiping" action activated by pushing a section of the above shoulder-armor towards his body. Cheetor toy converts into a Beast Wars-inspired cheetah mode in 20 steps. Lower jaw articulation in cheetah mode for classic look of Cheetor enthusiasm Much like Optimus Primal, at some point during the development of The Last Knight, Cheetor was considered to appear in the movie. A few designs were conceptualized during the film's production (see #Gallery). At Axalon, the Maximals were given difficulty with a storm occurring near their base. As Dinobot continued to have trouble with a device of his, Cheetor came over to assist him. Though his intentions were well-meaning, he failed and was nearly choked out by Dinobot for his incompetence until Optimus Primal arrived. After being let go off, Cheetor gave Optimus insight on their device and their intentions to install energon monitoring devices with it. Optimus denied him, as he believed the mission would be too dangerous and reminded Cheetor his decision was for the team and not just him. Realizing what he had to do, Cheetor bade a fond goodbye to Bumblebee and sacrificed his own spark to purify the Allspark and ensure the future of the Cybertronian race. As Cybertron began to heal itself, Cheetor's voice spoke out to Bumblebee one last time, assuring his friend that he would always be with him in spirit. Battle For Cybertron IV Alternate universe

After Optimus Primal and Megatron fell into the planet's organic core, starting the Cybertron-wide reformatting, the Oracle spoke to Cheetor's mind, possibly suggesting that Optimus Primal had passed his communication abilities to Cheetor as he died and thus, the role of leader. Cheetor is the first character to speak in Beast Wars and the last character to speak in Beast Machines. From Season Three onward, Cheetor was present for every single episode of both the remainder of Beast Wars and the entirety of Beast Machines. Of the characters returning from Season One of Beast Wars to Season One of Beast Machines, Cheetor and Rattrap were the only two Maximals to survive throughout the entirety of both series. This version of Cheetor was repurposed as Cataclysm in the Beast Wars: Uprising story " Derailment". While returning to their ship, the rogue Predacon Dinobot barred their way and challenged Optimus to a duel. Although Cheetor was keen to fight in Primal's place, Rattrap restrained him; when the other Predacons interrupted the fight, the battle revealed a huge energon crystal in a nearby mountain, and the Maximals rushed to claim the bounty before the Predacons could take it for themselves. High amounts of energon radiation forced both sides to fight in their beast modes, and although Cheetor fared better against Waspinator the second time round the energon was all destroyed. Beast Wars (Part 2)Accessories: 2 sets of alternate hands, 1 "tail blaster", 1 Energon crystal, 2 blast effect accessories This character article is a stub and is missing information on their fictional appearances. You can help Teletraan I: The Transformers Wiki by expanding it. While discussing Cheetor's longing for Earth, Bumblebee and Cheetor found that Windblade had stolen the AllSpark, her will overridden by an entity from a red planet. Joined by Optimus and Hot Rod, the two scouts followed the cityspeaker to the planet's surface and found an abandoned city which Windblade tried to reach the centre of. Constantly delayed by the city's automatic defences, the group could not stop Windblade from unleashing the AllSpark at the city's heart only to find that the possessing entity was one of the legendary Titans. Introducing himself as Croaton, the Titan told them his story, apologizing for any trouble he'd caused before he set off to find the colonists that had been abducted from him. Ghost Town Worlds collide when the Maximals and Predacons join the fight, coming together with the Autobots and Decepticons in an epic battle that will alter their destiny forever

This mold was also used to make Shadow Panther/ Tripredacus Agent and Tigatron. It was slated to be used for Universe Nightprowler, but that toy set was canceled. Just as the battle seemed to be over, Cheetor received an incoming transmission from Megatron's stolen ship. Megatron introduced himself and disappeared through a transwarp portal. Cheetor and the rest of the Axalon crew followed blindly. Dawn of Future's Past Nartipet Fandoms: Transformers: Prime, Transformers Animated (2007), Transformers Generation One, The Transformers (IDW Generation One), Transformers: Beast Wars, Transformers - All Media Types, Transformers: Rescue Bots, Transformers: Cyberverse Takara released two different Cheetor toys; one that was the same as the original, and a running change version that not only has various color tweaks to make him slightly more show-colored (including dark green cheetah eyes), but it also has a slight mold tweak to keep the beast head pointed forward in robot mode, which has been retained on all versions thereafter, excepting Hasbro's initial release of Tigatron. A one-of-a-kind, all-gold version of Cheetor was awarded in Japan for a TV Magazine contest. The youthful 'bot who would become "Cheetor" was part of the Maximal exploration ship Axalon; Beast Wars (Part 1) unbeknownst to most members of the crew, its captain Optimus Primal had been secretly tasked with abandoning the murderous Protoform X far from Cybertronian space. Bad Spark However, the Axalon would be diverted off-course to pursue Megatron and a group of rogue Predacons, who'd stolen a golden disk and fled Cybertron aboard a transwarp-capable starship.Beast Machines [ ] Voice actor: Ian Corlett (English), Wataru Takagi (Japanese), Hercules Fernando (Brazil) Early on in the Beast Wars, Cheetor often found Rattrap to be annoying and obsessive over calculating his own thoughts and feelings over him. He would frequently try to challenge the latter with intervenes from others being the only reason the two never squared off. After Cheetor's life was saved by Rattrap from Tarantulas, Cheetor began to view Rattrap as an actual friend. More so, Rattrap started to actually view Cheetor in a positive light. Despite their growing friendship, Cheetor did not vote Rattrap as temporary commander of the Maximals. This was due to his own perceived thoughts of Dinobot being interesting. As the Maximals began to become friends, they would find themselves both being the voice of reason amongst the Maximals outside of Optimus Primal's presence. By the time that Cheetor, Ser-Ket, and Preditron escaped had aboard the Star Dasher, they learned that the self-replicating " Vehicons" had already broken through the Resistance rearguard entirely. With nowhere else to go, the three decided to seek refuge among the breakaway Maximal Nation, and momentarily ran afoul of an airborne patrol over Tyrest before they were able to correct the misunderstanding. The three received an audience before the Maximal High Council, where Cheetor and Preditron's respective testimonies successfully inspired the councillors to take decisive military action against the Vehicons. As the National Maximal Army prepared for war, Cheetor took a liking to Maximal statesman Tigatron. Eventually, Tigatron combined with his fellows into the mighty Magnaboss; in conjunction with Cheetor, the two had come up with a plan to ford the Sonic Canyons and take the city of Plurex using their beast modes and some jury-rigged energy projectors to create temporary bridges. This Transformers toy for 8 year old boys and girls features classic conversion between robot and cheetah modes in 24 steps This figure was reissued by TakaraTomy on March 31, 2019 to coincide with the release of Masterpiece Beast Megatron.
