A scaffolder was climbing up a ladder to build scaffolding higher up the building.

The ladder he was currently on suddenly fell back because it was not secured properly by the person who put it there.

The claimant then fell from the ladder onto his back and which caused him some nerve damage.

The scaffolder is now claiming for compensation.
