Work accident compensation claim, worker injured due to falling off a ladder when a forklift truck drove passed and knocked the ladder causing him to fall to the floor. Accident in the workplace was made when a worker was climbing up a ladder in the warehouse. He was knocked over by another worker who was driving the forklift when passing by.

The employee fell sideways on with the ladder causing a fracture to his shoulder. The worker was in horrific pain after the accident. The employer’s admitted blame on behalf of the forklift truck driver who as also an employee of the same company.
